4KM (Regular and Veteran), 7KM, and 10KM. Each category features the same exciting hurdles:Lunges, Box Jumps, and Plank Walks.

A special category dedicated to our veteran runners aged 60 and above, the true symbols of courage and perseverance. This 4 KM run is not just about speed, but about celebrating a lifetime of strength, discipline, and the unyielding spirit that continues to inspire generations.

No tough hurdles are included in this run. It's just your track and your pace. To give it a twist, a gentle zig-zag in the final stretch adds a playful twist. a reminder that life’s turns made you stronger, braver, and truly Shaurya.
